Building out a roof/siding cleaning system. Attached the tool box, mounted the compressor on top of the box... Now I need to put in the pump, proportioning valve, tanks for sodium hypochlorate, surfactant, organic cleaner, run lines from the water tank, connect it all, test it all....
I've had a ton of fun figuring out how to get this working but I will be so happy when it successfully completes it's first large-scale job

And what is this thing suppose to wash exactly?
Are you using different pumps different liquids?
And last questions
What powers what? Truck, generator or gas?

Should be able to clean absolutely any residentual roof or siding, but it’s aimed at the mansions and large sprawling complexes. It’s a pressure washing rig first and foremost, but the h ouse/roof cleaning system will be pretty impressive too.
One pump, Viton seals should easily handle the various chemicals. All liquids will be routed through a proportioning system, for on-the-fly adjustment of each individual component. I’ll be putting together presets for s hingle roofing , metal roofing, asphalt shingles, etc. But outside of those presets the ratios will be infinitely adjustable, while still being simple enough for new guys to figure out quickly.
The compressor has a predator engine attached to it which will power the whole system. I suppose in a pinch I could probably talk my crews through the process of hooking everything up to the Honda pressure washing generator’s too...
